Bryce is the founder of Accelerate Academy and Head Coach of cricket in the UK and Australia. He is currently Captain and Head Coach at Brighton and Hove CC and also Junior Head Coach at Ivanhoe CC.

Oli is our Head Cricket Coach in the UK. He has top coaching experience with St Christopher's School, Brighton and Hove CC, Steyning CC and Southwick CC. He also has a BSc in Sports Science. Oli also currently plays for Brighton and Hove CC.

James has excellent playing experience as well as being a top coach, having played for Devon CCC, Solent University and Brighton and Hove CC. 

Nancy is a professional cricketer for Southern Vipers, Trent Rockets and Sussex CCC. She is an amazing coach and player and brings great professional experience to the Academy.

Matt has extensive cricket coaching experience. With  BSc in Sports Coaching, he also is a community coach at Sussex CCC. 

Jack is an international cricketer for Spain and is a fantastic new cricket aocah bringing his internation knowledge and game to his coaching style. 

Tia is currently gaining great work experience with us at Accelerate. With a brilliant cricketing career so far representing Sussex CCC junior squads.
